Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Kevin J. Meredith graduated from The Ohio State University before earning his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He completed the Litigation concentration with Honors, served as an editor of the Case Western Reserve Journal of International Law, and received the Book Awards in Criminal Law and Legal Research and Writing. The firm reports that each award recognized the highest grade in the respective class among more than 200 students.

Mr. Meredith was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2011 and to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2024. A Tampa resident for more than 14 years, he has made Florida his home and represents people who live in the state full time or part time, as well as visitors who face criminal accusations while in Florida.
